probably why first two groups only have 3 teams. Titan/NiP gets a first game bye, so they play winner of those two teams, and only need 1 win to advance.

Haha yea I swear I can read....
Doesn't this mean that if NiP beats the winner of naptoR/CDAY, then the first game between them is basically meaningless and only the last game matters?
edit, nvm, what i said is true but the winner does get the advantage of having a chance of advancing from beating NiP, however unlikely it may be lol

Well then.......first time I'm getting ddosed. Was two people griefing on my team dropping the bomb into the car @ Dust2. Called out for them to get reported then lag spikes all game. What a coincidence, cs:go community is fucking cancer.

I'm so terrible at this game, but I don't know how to improve my aim. My mouse control doesn't suck as I've played way too many PC games, but I can't seem to get the hang of being decent at GO.

Maybe your sensitvity is too high? That seems to be a primary thing that messes people up if they don't realize it.

A few things:
Making your aim more consistent will help you improve the other facets of your game play quickly. The thing to note here is that your first bullet aim helps, but the recoil control after is what really matters. The best way to learn this is in an empty server with sv_showimpacts 1 on and trying to get every bullet in an AK or M4 spray in a tight cluster. After that move on to public deathmatches. Some good ones are any of the Netcode dms, Fragshack and ABM. A good solo map for aim training is aim_training_csgo2, which should be on the cs:go market. All that being said...
Aim can only go so far. Most of CS is knowing how/when to peek angles, how to hold angles, when to keep peeking someone and when to fall off of a position. In a situation where you are going to encounter multiple enemies make sure you are setting yourself up so you are always playing an angle where you are engaging in a 1v1. Learn to throw flash/he/smoke nades properly and in the right positions. Always keep track of what nades you have left, especially when it comes down to a clutch situation. A great way to learn more about angles/nades/clutching is to watch good streams and really focusing on what they are doing and why they are doing it.
If you want some pointers you can toss me a message on steam and I can watch a game or two of yours with you, my steam name right now is Chad Thundercock.
Edit: Good settings for aim_training_csgo2 are default except for: amount 100, delay 0.25, static tar. duration 0.50. Go to the second level back. Work on small bursts and strafing with the AK or M4. Aim for 70+ hits.
