I'll have fun either way. He doesn't die that easily but sometimes he prefers to not play conservatively enough and that causes problems. Neither of us have the time to invest into Invasion so it's okay if we switch to Ambush. But of course, in reality we have to wait for the new tree. | ||

Hmmm, wonder when GGG will let alpha members stream theorycrafting with the new tree. RE: Summoners: Dunno, summoner just doesn't seem that fun or interesting. The power level is decent for sure especially with borderline 0 gear but its not like you can continue scaling past a pretty finite point. Snapshotting is definitely pretty dumb though. GGG have said that they are trying to figure out an elegant way to fix it much like how they fixed aura snapshotting in 1.0. | ||

Still deadset on a witch lowlife summoner that starts out as SB, if they improve ES nodes like they say, and move ele adaptation to closer + make scion easier to get through, I think it will be quite a bit stronger than it currently is. Been thinking about it lately too, and vitality is nice for minions, so I would always take zealots oath in my previous theory crafts, but since there is a 1.5% minion regen node on the tree, along with leech, not sure its required anymore. Might just go 3x purity auras + purity grace determination discipline. Pretty hyped to see the new tree anyways. I hadn't tried this before, but does desecrate spawn mob type based on area? would be nice to have up to level bms always with a leveled descecrate gem. | ||

Desecrate spawns the mob type of the current zone, at the level of the current zone, capped by the gem level (which is getting raised so that you can get to level 100 mobs although there aren't any level 100 zones unless atziri lol). | ||
