Or should I just reroll it, ive heard that accuracy is important to witches, and 19% max ES is a decent roll...
Accuracy is only important if you don't get resolute technique. Is this on HC or SC? Imo it seems most of the top specs on HC either use spells(which don't care about accuracy) or they get resolute technique(ie Lightning Arrow). If it's on softcore than I have no clue it's worth because there are all sorts of crazy specs.

Hardcore, wanders use accuracy, afaik thats the most common build that requires it. And bow shadows I guess since its so far to get resolute from where they start, but I dno why you would go CI on a bow shadow so ya..

Can someone explain this to me? I don't understand flipping a bunch of in-game currency + a Kaom's for multiple race prizes.
Unless this guy somehow thinks or has some insider's information on upcoming currency changes and/or is banking on race prizes appreciating massively over time, I don't understand the motivation behind this. Is there some d2jsp shenanigans that I'm not aware of? Are demigods even worth anything to most people?

Again, unless race prizes appreciate over time, I don't feel like this is very smart at all. Are race prizes worth anything to most people? I don't understand selling in-game currency at all, and I'm pretty sure Kaom's, even after 6 months, is still probably the best chest in HC for quite a few builds.
Edit: what I mean is, very rarely do I see sellers of high end items accepting race prizes, if at all. Unless this guy has some insider's information that the situation will be different in 6 months, where he will be able to buy a bunch of high end stuff with his stash of prizes, I don't understand it.

Well the top bid is currently in demigod presence which will surely only increase in value over time. Even if you don't believe they'll increase in value then they'll at least maintain their current value which makes them a good item to hold your money in. You'll also notice that there are no exalted orbs listed in his post. These will almost surely increase in price to where they were in closed beta as well.
The more of an item there are the less it will cost in the future. In six months there is no way in hell Kaom's Heart is still gonna be selling for several tens of exalted orbs. I'm not saying you'll be able to pick one up for a GCP or something, but it will almost certainly be worth substantially less in six months. How much less is anyones guess, but you can be fairly certain that it along with most other unique items will depreciate in value as the league continues to go on.

What you say may be true in Default, but still true in HC? People are constantly dying. If this is in Default, I wouldn't question it one bit...but in HC? I'm not so sure. In addition, he's not selling Kaom's for exalts...but for race currency. If in 6 months, he needs a Kaom's again...will he be able to get one through race currency? I'm not so sure.
Again, if he wasn't selling his currency, I would understand this...but I'm just not understanding it at all in the current format. The whole situation seems like a large gamble on rather unsubstantial reasoning.

Not so much gamble so much as he's bored of the game, and if he does come back he wants to start (mostly) over... oO

It is a gamble, but unsubstantial reasoning is certainly not the case. If you don't understand why an item that can no longer be obtained has value then I really don't know what to tell you besides they do and will almost certainly increase in value over time. The time part is the real problem in this situation as I don't think six months is long enough, but it is all speculation. If you want a random reference, a demigod's was sold for over a hundred GCP last I saw and the current offer for his gear is four.
As for kaoms disappearing from HC, yes. However, there will also be more kaoms put into the market because people will still get them as drops. At some point people will be farming more kaoms than are disappearing from hardcore or they are so cheap that people don't care if they lose them which will cause them to decrease in price.
If you're wearing gear you can't afford to lose you don't do unsafe things where there is even a chance you might die.

If people are actually paying this much for demi's, then what this guy is doing makes sense. I've just never seen anyone buy demi's for that amount. I guess some people see exalts as just static currency that's extremely rare, and not actually useful (which would essentially make it a less rare demi). However, if in the future, more and more people start actually using their exalts, gcp's, divines, etc...the worth of a demi should go down substantially in the value of those currencies.

His whole reasoning relies on the fact that Demigod's will not be offered as prizes or just drop in the future. Given that this guy is a forum moderator, I'll say this reeks of insider trading. Wouldn't be too much surprising, GGG is a rather new and familial business.

Sorry that should have been GCP not exalts. Still a ton of currency, but not quite as much ^_^

GGG stated explicitly that demigod's presence would no longer be given out after closed beta. That is public information, not insider trading.

In this case, it's less risky (and fishy) but I just checked what people asked for Demigod's Triumph on the trading forum and nobody ever sold one clearly and people aren't even keen on selling them. I doubt it would sell for more than 5 exalted.

The offer is four of the amulets, not the new helmets. You'll note that the helmets are still obtainable and have not even been discontinued so they are uncomparable.

There is an XP penalty below level 17 in western because it's a level 21 zone, and you waste time getting there. You increase your risk of dying for little reward, unless you have amazing gear (40%+ fire resist, large flasks and good lvl 14+ weapon). Good luck ! @Obstikal , isn't it 52% armor in the duelist tree? And +armor is better than +evasion, because it will also scale granite flasks, and your occasional AR gear. xp penalty bumps up to 5 radius at lvl 16. Formula is +/- 4 levels +1 per 16 levels.
