Started playing this a bit again. If you're interested and in a favorable timezone we could use a few more. (Currently playing via hamachi). Skype or TL's TS3 could be used if there's interest.

There's a new beta patch along with a "ladder reset" coming up for HU if you're inclined towards some D2 nostalgia in these days. I'd play a group again if there's a chance of keeping it together.
Edit: The catastrophe that 1.3 brought to melee phys builds has had a major overhaul, they should be back in business!

this new patch is amazing. Lots of changes though which is why it's a beta run, some things still need tweaking like the extra room in the a2 worm hole

Hmm having a lot of trouble trying to install the mod, the version you download from battlenet seems to be 1.12 and I need to download 1.10 :S

you don't go on on battlenet to update.. that's why.. just download 1.10 from another website.
I got to Hell Andariel with just me and my brother.. wondering if anyone is around.. wouldn't mind trying to finish Hell mode with my brother and 1 or 2 of you.. really want to see the Land of Shadows and Soulmancer boss.
/e I don't think I'm playing the newest version though.. in the character screen.. just shows normal stat window, instead of the detailed info from the new one.

new patch just rolled out a couple weeks ago along with a ladder reset. Several bug fixes as well as a buff to phys/melee characters to put them back on the map. Best patch yet IMO everyone should come check it out

LOS is where the fun begins! I just did it for the first time a couple months ago on HC mode, very intense. Me and my duo buddy slain all of them except the sin... she has a psychic hammer counter that hits for like 15k, so you gotta fight her a particular way which we weren't prepared for.
Samahein can be a pain in the ass too if you don't fight him with something like a poison javelin zon, but is uber hard and fun with something like a double throw barb!

anyone know if this mod is still playable? As far as I can all the sites are down except for a russian version. I'd really like to play, so if anyone still has the files that'd help greatly!
