Edit: Took home 600 bucks, he's buying my next draft. Interesting. Why Psychic Strike? Milling two doesn't seem very important at all in a deck that isn't trying to race in the slightest. Wouldn't you rather have 4 Dissipates, and 1 Psychic Strike because you can't run 5 Dissipates?

Idk if that's the reason, but that's the reason I would guess.

Idk if that's the reason, but that's the reason I would guess. 3/2 seems like kind of a bizarre split, because the cards are so similar you'd assume one would be better/easier to cast than the other, so it should be 4/1 that way. Fairly minor nitpick but it still kind of bothers the eyes.

Also, Its probably not relevant, but uncounterable cranial on dissipate isn't as big of a deal when its a 3-2 instead of 4-1 split. I don't think it's likely they target dissipate though.

For example, this is essentially how I got into Yugioh by playing the GBA and DS games. I could fully customize a deck and play against several AIs.

Shandalar doesnt count because thats a 1997 game. Do any unofficial games exist that match my description? Also, I may have made a mistake, I don't need EVERY existing card. But a decent number would be nice. I've edited my previous post to more accurately reflect my desires. And if it doesn't exist, let's take the AI opponents off the list then. What's the best free MtG program where you can have access to all the cards from the beginning and for free? As well as has an active community around that program that doesn't mind helping a guy learn to play?

Fairly minor nitpick but it still kind of bothers the eyes. The numbers aren't set and it's just what I am playing at the minute aka last night. The 3/2 split is something I typically start from. As for Psychic Strike over the 4th dissipate, blue can be a problem, Snapcastering back a Dissipate would take too much Blue at any point in the game (especially post-board ones) and Dissipate is a better mainboard hedge against Reanimators. Neither card isn't too difficult to cast by themselves, but the Snapcaster lines do need to be considered. To some extent the Augur lines as well. Like I said earlier, I am just exploring WT's list a bit more to see if the Strikes have any merits and so far they haven't been dead. The Duress in the board has been worth it, though I have to decide how much more I want to put into the Jund match up, namely Pithing Needle. Edit: As for the mill 2 on Strike, it's been kind of worth it with the interaction on Azorius Charm since most players do not play something pre-combat against me. Although just having the hard counter in your hand sometimes makes all the difference, as in when I do stabilize it's a much harder lock than usual. I am guessing this was the intention of Wafo-Tapa since he's confident in his ability to get to that point in the game. Edit2: Also, I am not sure about players dropping Augur on 2 in the dark on game 1, I have seen this done a lot, both on stream and in testing. Depends on the hand for sure, but unless you know I don't think you should just drop the Augur on 2.

I turn 3 liliana and we both do nothing except I am ticking up liliana. Guy then just starts to rage at me telling me I'm an idiot playing a bad deck and that I am wasting his time blah blah blah the usual. Also, for some reason he always drownyards me on my upkeep for some reason which I obviously comment on how bad that is and he replies with "At least I know what I am doing" and goes afk. This is why paper magic will always be better. No pussys hiding behind a screen. The plus side of MtGO is that it's super convenient if you just want to play a game and I think a lot of cards are also cheaper than irl. The downside is rude people. Also, I like the feel of real cards.
