When you register your deck, that's the deck. Sideboard is separate. Just adding your sideboard is adding 15 taking 0 out is not ok. You are correct that it can be 0 or 15 (although nothing in between). The only exception is in Limited where you simply have to have at least 40 cards in the deck. You're thinking of the 15 Island Sideboard Belcher Deck from SCG Columbus haha. | ||

Sideboard is a work in process but I like my maindeck, give or take 1-2 disruption choices depending on the field. Dimir charm on trostani/faithmender/silklash spider/etc. is great. | ||
