Anyone else get screen tearing when playing last night? I had v-sync on, and its set to 'on' on my nvdia control panel. There was this annoying transparent zig that flew across the screen periodically

Why is it that everytime this happens with a new game like Diablo 3, Day9 is always streaming it and he is NEVER affected? He just keeps playing like everything is fine.

LOL - has anyone else noticed this?

i think the server for that is down or at least severely damaged.
Nopt only cant you retrieve the hero list when logging in, when you leave a game and want to join another one, you will not be able to coninue playing. Also the Quest progress was not displayed correctly at all.

I've only gotten through the first act before server problems but it's been pretty much picture perfect Diablo to me.

It appears that if you log on earlier you can still play on NA fine O_O.
EDIT: Just as I Alt-tab to post this I was d'c from the server lol, its time for me to go to sleep anyway since its 3:45AM for me here.

What do other people think of this?
I'm walking around with a pimp ass glowing staff on my monk, ready to kick some ass, then when I do ANYTHING in a fight, it teleports to my back and i use hands/legs. Why do i even have the weapon
