In general its better to go with a case by case basis (i.e. exhaust for those pesky melee dps, cleanse if they are cc heavy, ghost or flash is always solid in general, ignite for that extra edge in lane, rally if ur the designated aurabitch, etc) | ||

1) you have a built in flash ability, so that you can get some supreme jukeage and lots of instantaneous repositioning in fights. note, I still think ghost is typically better on characters like Ezreal and Kassadin and Shaco, but I do think that they have a stronger case than most for flash over ghost. or 2) you need flash for instantaneous initiation (Alistar and Annie come to mind) | ||

Flash is also excellent for slower players since you can port over a wall to escape anyone chasing you. | ||

divine blessing won't let you run from a person with ghost, ghost will. sure, sometimes you can reckoning them and catch up, but it's just as likely that at that range, they'll be able to do something equally detrimental to you. *shrugs*, it just seems like you're bringing a knife to a gun fight if you're counting on divine blessing to be enough speed in the ghost-heavy metagame. | ||
