I'm a newbie, but definetly loving playing Jax, he's a lot harder to play than you'd think
Melee carries get harder and harder to play the more you move up in my opinion. Everyone knows to disable you and nuke you down. They had their time in the sun with the previous cleanse, but now Im starting to see less and less of them again (especially Jax, only Yi makes an appearance in my games).

Yea "Twitch" is a pretty good pub basher while still being a legit champ at higher levels. He's pretty damn strong if he has a decent early game which isn't hard with liz buff.

If you ever see a cho and a nunu laning together with a golem buff in the first 2 minutes of the game, that's my friend and I. Say hi and convince your team that they need to 2v5 us :D.

Got matched up with 4 x17 guys today. They were pretty cocky but at least we won. (It was 5 on 4 because I made an aggressive Tris rq)
To explain the first part of the chat, I was matched with GGnore in another lobby. I chose Kassadin and he left. I re-queued and he immediately chose Kassadin. That's where the assumption came from.

I've beaten them once and lost once, and it took a full group of friends where we're not babysitting a newbie.
Best part was we played them back-to-back (how often does THAT happen) and they were cocky as hell when they won the first one, and then we faceplanted them the second time and they were silent.

I've no idea, I don't actually know anything about X17 save for the spontaneous TL search for "X17" I did a couple minutes ago. But typical e-peen behavior, I guess? Not sure if I'm any better with how much raging I do, though :x

Can my magic penetration cause their magic res to be negative? I was playing around with new builds last game, and I ended up with about 47 magic penetration including my runes. I was laning against some poor idiot who only had the base 30 magic res. So I must have had a bloody ton of extra damage on him.
Secondly, how does straight magic penetration stack with -%? If I have 15% enemyt resists ignored, and then -40, what happens?

Vorador is a cool guy. He comes from a WoW guild. Most definitely not a part of x17.

If you have enough straight MR reduc it'll go negative; same with armor reduc.
I think items tend to say reduce as opposed to penetrate when they're doing a flat reduc though; I've always been under the impression that Boots gave 20% penetration. Abyssal Scepter is the only one that reducs, I thought, but I might be wrong.
I'd love to know straight and % interaction though, because a long while ago I experimented with Cleaver + Last Whisper and never figured out if it was worth it.

Armor and Magic Pen can reduce its target down to 0 at the most.
Armor Reduction can reduce its target into the negatives.

New rotation...I hate how Heimer is in this rotation...i see so many of them and unless i'm laning with someone decent, he's such a pain in the ass.

Speak of the devil; played X17 again last night and lost 4v5 (we had a lagging feeder -> leaver) after about 55 minutes. And I was only playing with one friend. Not THAT good, heh.
I was amazed to find them not trashtalking as they won, though.
