In baseball, this is acceptable behavior. This needs to change. Three minutes without throwing a pitch shouldn't go unpunished. The MLB really needs to force pitchers to actually pitch the ball instead of stalling for relief. It shouldn't matter if all teams do it, it's bad for the sport.
