In between stocks, you sometimes try to charge your needles to full, which allows your opponent to get too close. You usually try to roll away, which can be predictable and makes you DI in a bad direction.

Down-smash can be CC'd by fast-fallers up to pretty high percents if you don't hit them with the initial part of it. If you do it too often it could be a pretty bad thing.

Spacing with nairs or bairs is sometimes more desirable than fairs because of the longer hitboxes. Also the weaker hits makes it easier to combo. ^.^

Not 100% sure about this, but I'm pretty sure at low percents you can just down-throw Fox and then just guess a direction and up-smash and be perfectly safe. Up-smashing rapes.

Often, since Sheik has faster dash-dance timing, dash-dancing for tech chases can screw you up and you just want to guess (you did do this later on).

Since Sheik has such a ridiculous dash attack, boost grabbing is something you'll probably want to learn. Boost grab by canceling the first frame of your dash attack with a grab. You'll retain some of the momentum from Sheik's dash attack, but you'll grab instead. Sheik gets like three times the range, but it'll be a "running grab" instead of a jump canceled one, so use at your own risk. :O

not to take credit away from kage but i think mango was having an off day, his falco was getting rocked in his other matches too. That last rest he tried really hurt too, i dunno why he thought the risk was worth it.
