Really, at this point you should take these kind of results in a different way, or at least don't post this kind of things. If a world top24 is a failure to you, then you can only root for Serral and maybe Neeb. And this is not over yet, she still has to play 2 matches.

Plus, she already won a premier.

a small one shes been a professional for 7 years and has the talent but hasnt won a real major with the best players in the world in it when the games count she will always throw it. every tournament it happens.

Well, literally nothing you have said makes sense, but I guess you are just venting out. Maybe tomorrow you will see things differently.
how does it not the iem in the olympics was not a stacked tournament with the best players in the world so yes she won a small tournament but when she has a chance to really make true the claim shes one of the top in world she falls flat.

1- Beating Serral (current WCS Leipzig champion), Elazer and sOs (most earnings in SC2) is beating some of the best in the world (If you are looking for a foreigner to win over Rogue, Dark, Inno and Stats in a single tourney, only Serral has done it).
2- Small tournament? only Blizzcon, Katowice and WESG were more important than that tournament.
3- If you think she is top12 in the whole scene, then that's your problem. She is great, but not that good, whether she manages to advance today or not (fingers crossed).

shes top 50 at best

Easily top 50. Take the shitposting down a notch my dude.

no easy top 50 if she cant get past the bracket stages in 90 percent of tournaments she hasnt made it to the final day of a major since she first started.

GGs She couldn't make it as we said, she lost the decisive series vs uThermal. Well, top24 is not bad at all, some money and some wcs points, but She looked really good coming into this Round robin. Next is WESG in a couple of weeks if I'm not mistaken.

Terve!
Awsome run from Scarlett at IEM, too bad it ended.
Personally I think I saw her eyes being very red in the interview before the game vs. soO. (after the win vs. Bunny)
Sick games across all day though.
glhf for her in the future.

i think she did better than expected from most commentators, so ofc a big experience for her. she showed that she belongs in GSL and in every major tournament. GG WP scarlett.

I might be traveling and moving from the 11th through the end of the month without a PC and sometimes no internet to watch things on my phone, really hoping I can catch WESG and WCS Winter. Fingers crossed, GLHF! <3

She fought her way to the top 24 of a global tournament and put up a good showing. That's better than a tiny handful of non-Koreans. Wish she could have made it further, but there's absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.

Sometime after Serral vs Rogue I figured I would take a quick power nap and then wake up for Group D. Surprise, I killed my alarm then slept forever and I missed it all. That's never happened before...

I was honestly expecting her to make it out of this group. On a better day, it could have easily been a different result. Maybe not the hardest group but it wasn't a free ride either. No sense in being a sad sack about it though. Still lots of SC to be played. WESG and WCS coming up, positive vibes only \o/

Sigh... I don't get how something like this (Scarlett being amongst the best 24 players but not advancing even further) can affect a person to the point of saying that kind of stuff. I understand to be bummed out or that your evening has been ruined... even thinking those things while keeping them to yourself. But this childish BM and insulting the player...ffs...

Anyway, hope she has fun in Poland this weekend... she has a full week to prepare for that WESG and its nonsense of a prize pool (money just for the top8, REALLY?...). Looking forward to that and WCS Winter .... and stream? lul no

After a good start to the group, it was a really nervy finish. Still don’t think this was a bad result. Getting through the open bracket was more than she did last year, and she came into then with a lot more form. There were really solid wins and really messy losses, but that’s totally on brand. Onto WESG now!
