It's a round robin, so I don't think winning this group means anything. Winning the round robin seeds you directly into the grand final.

Glad Scarlett crushed her WCS group. This WCS Winter is a prime opportunity for points given she doesn't have to deal with Serral, Reynor, or Showtime, and she and Cham have beat special now, meaning Neeb is the only major threat (though Masa has gotten the better of her a few times before, and Puck and Kelazhur aren't slouches).

TIME is a real threat, too.

Masa could very well go out tomorrow, the guy is cruising on pure talent, didn't play SC2 seriously in year, he has some crisp build but at some point not practicing catches to you.

Chances of Masa not getting through his group tomorrow are pretty slim. I must have missed the memo that he hasn't played SC2 seriously in a year, as far as I know he's still quite strong.
Also wtf it's 5 weeks until Stage 3, that's so frickin long for a tournament.

What I heard is that Masa dosen't play Starcraft much for a few year now, Feadragon said on ZG stream that Masa only play Lol right now and didn't really practice for his group, he's actually scary good at Starcraft without practicing but there's probably a reason he mostly does all-in/ agressive build.

Woah sorry guys. Wasn't planning to upset anyone. Ofc Scarlett is better and has more knowledge than me, that was never a question. I don't even play Zerg ^^' I love her style and her results speak for themselves.
Congratz on beating Special, that win was Major XD

GGWP in WCS... In the last game vs Special I loved that she took a fourth back there instead of trying to keep the mid one vs tanks. She played really well today!

was not directed to you, but to everyone who phrases sentences like "she should have...". it is just arrogant. just dont do it. and i had someone more in mind a couple of weeks ago, and this person wrote smth like "scarlett isnt good anymore, she is maybe preparing her transition to dota2 or smth like that." i mean what the actually fuck. if you want to write that, post it in reddit. there are many forums and opportunities to post stupid things like that. go there. why here? and as i said, discussion are fine, but think about how you sound like. and a fan club is there to cheer and root for her, thats the meaning of a fan club.

Yeah yeah, I know you didn't directed that post to me (basically because I don't do that), and I know who you talk about, but that person only comes here to shit-talk so just ignore that user. However, I don't agree with the fanclub thing, imo there has to be room for discussion and constructive criticism.

like i said, most constructive critism comes from players WhO might not be even masters. and mostly about things she already knows. so i dont see the Point when not pros discussing her flaws and mistakes in the Fan club. there are other places where you can do that. it is like telling a professional chess player how to move a figure. thats not constructive, it is annoying for them. and i do not want when she is reading comments here, that she wont do that anymore, because it is full of "constructive critism". sometimes it helps more to keep it to yourself or post it somewhere else and discuss that with other people. i know your intentions are meant well, but their effect is the opposite

|
i am not saying you cant, i am saying you shouldnt, because like i already explained more than one time, why i dont see the point in that. but ofc thats just my opinion, maybe most subs of that club think differently. and i have read comments of her here regularly.
|
Well, as you said it's your opinion. Honestly I don't think she cares about us discussing her games or strats, like commenting her last series vs Special or how went the GSL games, as long as people don't tell her what to do or try to school her. And that's where I think you are mistaken: those are two COMPLETELY different things, and you treat them as one, the "non positive" things which should never ever be mentioned in her FC according to you. And I honestly think that's way over the top to ban anything that's not "you're the best, ggwp, gl, etc.". I don't know, I think that's a terrible attitude to have towards "free speech". Negativity, condescension and toxicity shouldn't be accepted... Friendly discussion and respectful opinions only enrich this place. Don't put all this together in the "nottellingherhowgreatsheis" bag.
In fact, I picture her reading all this stuff with a "...wtf..... whatever..." attitude to be honest xD

9 days till iem GL Scarlett

@elmonti, you are misinterpreting me. i never said anything about banning someone who is not saying only positiv stuff. and i know that there are not only black and white comments and stuff inbetween. it is all written in my posts. so i am not gonna repeat myself, again.
