Jon Snow eliminated her and kept her from playing in that tournament 3-0 which has to be the low point of her year. Austin is the only significant tournament in the United States outside of Blizzcon. Go watch that vod! Kalaris asked Todd if he could beat Scarlett's Protoss and he responded "I suppose so, I would hope so".. That is a caster saying that! When she was beaten on Zerling rushes they wondered why she as a Zerg player was not better prepared for that. The comments on the vod are not supportive. People are asking why in the hell is she playing Protoss etc. Watch them for yourself. These are qualifiers for a major tournament not map test. | ||

There's a difference between recognizing that flaws do exist and incessantly hounding progamers for their flaws. Backseat driving isn't welcome/helpful, and neither is peanut-gallery progaming. I didn't notice any incessant hounding. I don't think the poster you are talking about is a basher or hater either. There are some very mean things said about her on you tube and other places so I would hope that has made her a little less thin skinned. | ||

The Protoss-switch discussion has been going on since September 9th and taken up five pages (minus unrelated posts). As far as I can tell, Rollitude has been pretty much universally opposed. Continuing at this point is just obnoxious. One does not have to be a basher or a hater to be obnoxious. While I certainly hope all progamers are able to shrug off criticism, I very much doubt that they welcome it. In any case, this topic has been exhausted many times over. Leave the dead horse be. | ||

Is that what is being said here? I'm also uncomfortable with a pro gamer telling someone to get the hell off the thread. It's entirely possible that a poster can truly want a pro gamer to do well while also disagreeing about something they might be doing. The race change issue has been argued enough I can agree with that. I never saw any bashing or harassment. Self righteous rants with foul language will not get my support. | ||

There is no need for personal attacks, and calling somebody a "waste of space" (among other insults) is hardly going to convince anyone. Nor is declaring that you will "be proven right" some triumphant closer. When you are posting in the Scarlett FC, and Scarlett asks you to stop, it seems like common sense to stop. Instead of making petty posts, I suggest you take a couple minutes and pull yourself together. I trust you remember that the last time you became emotional in a FC (Zest's), a mod stepped in to issue a temp ban. Don't make the same mistake twice. | ||
