Well this is an interesting turn of events.

Weird how the NA, EU, and KR all now seem to have their own distinct races representing them. Protoss, Zerg, and Terran respectively of course.

Looking forward to some more competitive games tomorrow

Well she's been considering switching for quite a while now but hasn't completely switched. She has been playing Protoss against Zerg players when she can swap back and forth, but I wouldn't say she's a "Protoss player" just yet. We'll see what happens, of course.

I'd say she does a "cautious" switch, as in she tests the water before declaring all out "toss master race nao". I much prefer it this way, to other programers who yell out on twitter every two hours how they take career decisions

It's maybe a good idea to wait a while before jumping to conclusions and announcements, especially now with these core protoss changes being tested.
Results aside, I would venture the guess that she enjoys a lot the variety and options that toss offers

Either that or shes just having fun and not switching anything

With the builds she's been doing I personally think it's for the heck of it. Even so, her Mass Stasis Ward Controltoss from yesterday is a pretty solid strategy.

The more I think about it, the more it felt like Zerg-meets-Blue-Control (I don't think anyone here is going to send me messages about making a MtG reference, right? and maybe it's Grixis Control rather than Mono-Blue, but I digress) and the more it seems to fit Scarlett's playstyle and her strengths like spreading Creep Tumors, making space for herself on the map, etc. etc. And against Zerg in that situation I think she has a huge advantage.

Maybe I should stop thinking about that game before I talk myself into playing Protoss. xD I do wish I could get a replay of it to look at it better, though.
