looks like a really frustrating one for her today :/

Just a few small things against Innovation, just a little too much Protoss few too many Force Fields to get at Hurricane.
A lot of good fights, just not quite good enough. GGs. <3 :c

Sasha seems to be too emotional to compete offline, like she wants too much. Though if she's able to turn on a "boring" robotic mode, she totaly can win Valencia

She looked really good for 1.5 games then just fell apart. Shame, I think she could have won the group if she kept her head.

Ahhh i missed it but reading around here, she put up a very good fight against the fierce Machine. Will try to find some vods.

Tbh the Machine wasn't fiercy at all. It was a not well prepared INnoVation that she faced, who scout badly and wasn't on point (his mechanics were on top as always).

As i mentioned last time, her discipline is her enemy, she has outlandish skill but really cracks under pressure. Good luck next time

Just watched the vods against Inno, such a pity ... at least, I hope, she does get to BlizzCon

Loved watching you in code S
I know your probably not happy with the result, but you did dam good against inno, I think you had game 2.
Only time I really watch GSL is when you play. Good to see you and Major putting up a fight for all of us! I play music, and playing live can be nerve racking, I wonder sometimes what your experience must be like around performance anxiety?

It is quite odd imo, in all 3 GSL Seasons, Scarlett seems to start off the day very well by winning a map against a top-tier opponent (Classic in S1, Stats in S2, Inno in S3) but ultimately lose the series before eventually being knocked out by a mid-tier player (aLive in S1, KeeN in S2, Hurricane in S3).
Judging by the form she displays in the first series against top-tiers, one would expect for her to perform much better against her mid-tier opponents. It seems that Scarlett's form gets worse as the day goes on. A couple Bo3s should not be a stamina issue for any pro, so perhaps it is a mental thing? Or maybe adrenaline, the pressure of playing in GSL on the big stage? Perhaps it is preparation, because the first opponent is known in advance while the next opponents aren't?
I dunno the reasons for it, but just wanted to note this clear trend.

I dunno the reasons for it, but just wanted to note this clear trend. Scarlett has been competing for years since 2012 so she is veteran. She won tournaments before and being in front even bigger crowds before. This is her 3rd GSL already so mentality or pressure shouldn't be an issue.
She played well and all but frankly she is not really in the same league of other Korean Zergs. She is not mechanic robot like ByuL or soO nor strategy-genius like Solar or Rogue. The only thing stand-out about her performance is her creep-spread. To be completely honest, I was more impressed with Elazer's performance than Scarlett's despite it is his first GSL.

This is the point, GSL = Foreigners choke a lot because of pressure

Whether or not her nerves got to her, if I were her, reading this in my fan club would probably not make me feel any better
Not to scold or anything, just saying, fan it up!
