I have just watched shoutcraft, nerchio rarely went over 66 and never over 70. Ofcourse styles are different but 15+ difference is alot hence my curiosity Also Nerchio doesnt seem to play muta at all so maybe that's the difference Would be nice to know | ||

As far as I can tell, Nerchio's ZvT style is very defensive (even when he gets to the late game), while Scralett's ZvT is about forcing trades over and over. When Nerchio gets to the point he trades, he has a flank prepared, his units come from all places which makes him trade at least evenly and may be even better for him. Therefore he doesn't need a monstrous economy, but if the trade happens when both players are close to maxed out the extra army supply he can get by having some drones less can be crucial. On the other hand, when Scarlett forces trades, then rarely the the players are maxed, and since she quite forces them she is likely to take worse trades for her then her opponent. In order to afford it she must have a way better economy then her opponent, as otherwise one bad trade (banes running into a widow mine) and she is way behind. Just a guess, I'm not a pro gamer. | ||

I'm personally glad. I think Scarlett v Neeb is the most common player v player matchup I've seen in the last few months. | ||
