Scarlett, Chinese cooking is one of my favorites (and I read one of your favs too). I love spending 45 minutes chopping and prepping and mixing, and then cooking it all in like 6 minutes in a wok. Garlic, scallions, and ginger cooking in a hot wok is just the bees knees. What is your favorite Chinese dish to eat? To cook? | ||
