I think the "fairness thing" is kinda "unsettled" so far. Because she really is a SC2 star, 2 times finalist of the qualifiers (with an impressive winning streak), was knocked out by some Kazakhstani kiddo (wha?1!) last time, and more importantly, she has made A LOT for the Canadian SC2 (and Esports) scene.

tbh dreamhack and season 3 would be great but i really want to see her in LoTV even half assed shes a force to be reckoned with
with the way things went with zerg in HoTS she done a remarkable job keeping up with free win patches for other races.
the more the game got figured out even korean zergs were falling off / had inconsistent results made me respect her skill alot more, i think it made her think outside the box alittle more making her a better player and i just think it will lend itself to a LoTV and hopefully well balanced zerg / game
if shes going to uni at the end of the year maybe she can get into one on the east coast of NA (for KR ladder ofc) killing 2 birds with one stone aahh the dream lol

No, it's pretty settled. She didn't qualify, so she doesn't get to participate in the tournament. That's how it works, nothing else matters.
