think there’d be pressure on me even then though! I don’t think it’d necessarily be from the average viewers, but from my fans. I read my fan club a lot and I like to see what people say there. So even if its not the general consensus, my fans want me to do well. Hmm, I wouldn't say that she does worse when there's pressure (don't think she would have beaten MVP in her first match in Korea if that was the case). As corny as it might sound, I think she underperforms when she doesn't believe in herself. Like if she feels she can't win, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Like vs. Heart last WCS, you could tell she felt like she was going to lose, and it just sort of manifested itself. Another match that randomly comes to mind is vs. YongHwa in GSTL. It was clear she didn't feel comfortable and he ended up stomping her. Or vs. CJ Hero at IEM Singapore. Or even Flash at IEM Toronto. It's not that she plays better when she's the underdog (she was the underdog in all those matches). It's more because she doesn't believe she can win. I'm certainly not an expert in sports psychology, but I really don't think there's a single Korean that she can't beat when she's in top form. After all, she 2-0'd Maru last year right after he won WCS Korea, and she almost beat sOs right after he won Blizzcon. And she's beaten the recent Blizzcon champ Life 3-0 and 2-1 in ASUS and MLG, respectively. I have faith that she can take on any opponent if she has the right mindset, and enough ladder games under her belt. | ||

Just be careful scarlett: TY is NOT a macro player. He will use lots of weird builds and try a lot of multitasking. Better to overmake static defense vs him. Late game you can take him!! | ||
