He has a genuine skill with cannons. Almost unbelievable. I hope he cannon his way up to the top of a tournament - that would really take cheese to the next level.
i think its fair to say that his probe micro and understanding of pylon placement is some of the best in the world. his stream is awesome except when he gets into a normal game with someone who holds

It is, but not a ''notable achievment'' like a top 3 in a tournament. There are plenty of people who win against professional playing straight up and they dont have a fan club.
what i don't understand is why people get so mad about being cheesed. this is a strategy game and cheese is a strat. i myself am lactose intolerant (although i do like the occasional proxy hatch, but only in response to cannons at my nat). learning to defend cheese will ultimately make you better. that said, gaulzi is not bm. he just does his strat, really well. and it's entertaining too. i'm cheering for the hold and learning how to hold. so yeah, add this stream to my list :D

Actually there's no rules stating what you need to have a fan club-but I'll guess that the reason "fan clubs" exist is because of "fans". People like entertainment. Gaulzi entertains me and other fans of his. In my book, being masters and in the MMR to face GMs with JUST cannon rushing is a lot more entertaining than playing "straight up". You can take your definition of "notable achievement being top 3 in a tournament" with you on your way out because no one cares about it here.
there are a lot of fanclub pages i think are completely unnecessary but i have the manners and grace to ignore them instead of rolling in and posting about how terrible everything is.
A very entertaining stream :-) I had a go at this for a bit and got a massive win streak, although still not comparable in cannoning skill... Why do you not build the forge in a more timely fashion though? Sometimes, having the cannons started just a few seconds earlier would make a difference it seems...
Why does this guy have a fan club thread.. He is not only terrible but he isn't even a pro player or coach. He hasn't won anything (and won't due to the aforementioned terribleness) and doesn't need a fan club thread. Edit: or fans

Master league protoss here. I really like your playstyle..and f*ck all people who say cannonrushing is for scrubs, because you play cannon rushing as any other opening, and i have come to realise that even if you cannot finnish your opponent, you often end up ahead anyway....you are pure genius, keep playing please! you have my utmost respect sir.
LOL, didn't realize Gaulzi had a fan club here. I wouldn't necessarily call myself a fan but I have will admit to spending a lot of time watching him cannon rush people and laughing at his antics. Gaulzi keep doing what you're doing man, it's fun to watch.
