I noticed Scarlett and most zergs seem to have given up on mutas for the most part in ZvP. Anyone have insight into why ?

My zerg is only playing against Platinum people right now so they're no good at defending them Though I guess I should try to focus on play that doesnt assume people are bad. What are the good maps for Mutas? I know Tal Darim for sure but thats about all I got.

Small maps are obv easy for them to defend against muta harassment.

I think we saw this with idra vs cruncher. though to be honest why would I ever bother to look at a idra v cruncher game as typical of zp metagame. I'll say one thing that is certain. If you go mutas at any stage vs a P you better know how to base race.

Incredibly nice, and even more beautiful in person, though it is somewhat surprising how small she is. Curious what you and Scarlett think of other Canadian super-singer Josh Ramsay (of Marianas Trench). I almost feel out of place as what I've gathered to be their only male fan. >_> Try it out, check out any song of theres on youtube and see if you can spot in the comments section anything that isnt about how hot the singer is.

Also, the Stephano 12 minute roach max off three base seems to be more effective at doing damage then mutas because if microed properly you should be able to overwhelm the toss army every time.

I started Zerg just a while ago and wanted to use mutalisks against Protoss, but on nearly every single map it's just plain better to go 3hatch before gas if he's forge-expanding. Only map I go 2base mutalisk on is TDA, because of those obnoxious rocks at the 3rd.

You should try drops, it allows you to keep the pressure on, they can't sit by and defend so easily as FF's become nullified and also you can trade roaches out of the max supply in order to transition into brood lords. The way I play the ZvP match up at the moment is go for the 200/200 with roach ling and if they sit back I can take the rest of my gases get more upgrades get drop and turn all my lings into banelings so you are now 200/200 with a really strong roach bling army that can crush immortal sentry There are two choices from here try to engaging there army by drop all the blings on sentries then clean up with roaches +more reinforcements which works well or just drop the roaches / banes in there mineral lines while poking the front so they are under much pressure and you can just tech straight into broodlords I find it to be the best way of trading out supply

Just thinking, it would kinda be nice to be able to discuss like other issues (mice or whatever) with other Scarlett nutsos without feeling like one was highjacking her fan thread hehehe (she herself of course raised the mouse issue so that's totally cool.) Just curious.
