They were asking him about his school after he said he couldn't train much, so I imagine he may have said he couldn't train because of school perhaps? I missed that part. If I have time, I'll try to look up the VOD and listen to the whole thing if I can.

So basically when they first asked him why his results haven't been good lately, he just said he didn't train much and there was no further explanation, right? Then they asked him about his school and whether it's a problem and he said he goes to a new school now that supports progaming and everything is fine. The rest was just standard interview stuff, nothing interesting.

I'm pretty confident Life kicked his ass pretty hard in practice considering how the Blizzard Cup finals looked, but I'm pretty sure he hates Protoss after being (at least partly) eliminated by Parting twice

His ZvP isn't that bad, imo. Ofc he hates it, because the defensive Zerg-style seems to be better in this matchup and Life is everything but a passive/defensive player, but whatever.

Ofc Bomber had some huge mistakes in his play, but overall Life looked quite dominant overall. I could really see him comeback in the next few tournaments, as long as he avoids a ZvZ. Life was always aggressive but when he won the GSL in the season against MVP he actually played broodlord infestor vs protoss which was so unlike him. Got to play what brings the wins regardless of how you feel about the playstyle.

If he's not confident in a defensive style I get that, but you can't stick with the same play forever. I still think his aggression is (at least next to) unparallelled among Zerg players, but it isn't a solution to everything in the current state of the game. He should keep his hyperaggression as a foundation of his play, but he needs to expand his playstyle slightly.

It's been a trend for more than half a year but now it's costing him important matches. Yea he makes some really silly decisions. Like in the last game he attacked straight to hyvaa's concave (while he was in the lead) and didn't pull back or even wait for all of his roaches to come... And then he was FAAAR behind. Well I believe he will get through the up&downs but it's gonna be tough if he keeps playing like this. But as always, gogo Life~
