Did anyone catch his game vs ByuL? I haven't had time to watch the VOD but how did he look? Does he have a chance in the wild card group against all zergs? I'm assuming that ByuL played really well as a whole since he went 4-1 but he also lost to Bomber (which I also haven't watched). I guess to sum up what I'm asking, does ByuN's TvZ look good and ByuL was just better or is ByuN looking weak against zerg?

can I apply to join the ByuN fan club? I have been ByuN's fan for a long time and we know each other a bit personally from when i spent all weekend with him and the Prime team at IPL 4 and then again at IPL 5 where he and BboongBboong were ecstatic to see me :D they ran to me and gave me hugs <3

I was one of the lucky 5 to win GOM's lunch with the Prime and ST teams. Being a terran and a Prime fanboy i was mostly in shock until we got comfortable :p

I have called ByuN, MKP, and Losira my favorite players for almost all of my time watching StarCraft 2 but having a somewhat personal relationship with MKP and ByuN it makes me so much more emotionally attached to them.

Wow, will be a tough group for Byun with no protoss in it. He needs to improve on his TvZ allthough the matchup is fucked up like hell. (speaking out of personal experience too). It would be some kind of miracle if he makes it past those zergs... But hope dies last I guess.

This is more a balance/metagame point, but: Blizzard is approaching TvZ completely wrong imo. You could see today, that infestors are not the real problem in that matchup, it's the insane economy, zerg gets despite commiting to early pressure. Zerglings and banelings are not that cost-inefficiant to make up for it. Byun played a very good game today on Antiga with no major mistakes and still was totally dominated by Symbol without seeing even one infestor or Broodlord. That's why I don't think a lot will change if Blizzard nerf the infestor more.

As for today game on antiga, I watch free stream so it's hard to see exactly, but imo ByuN should not have given his hellions away, would have been a bit easier. And I think at some point vs the ultralisk attack he did not micro as perfect as a korean should.

However it's pretty crazy how terran is unforgiving compared to the other races lol, balances problems aside.
