this guy really just goes to show you how ridiculous the code A qualifiers are. I just did the math-- you have 576 people competing for 12 spots, single elimination. This implies 6 rounds for most players. Even if you are favoured to win 90% or so in all your games, chances are still only 53% that you will eventually qualify. If you're 'favoured to win by 75%', you have a 17% chance to get into code A. Mad mad props to TL for scouting him. I haven't been so inspired by a player for a long time. And he's so damn nice you can't not be a fan. edit: slightly higher, the last is a bo3, but can't be bothered-- point is, its insane. | ||
