Seeing as DH Winter doesn't pay for the players trip to the event. Would suck if he didn't go. At worst, he really should finish in the top four. He's a favorite with Stephano and Taeja to win. Please please please TSL, if there is one flight you guys can pay for is this one. Polt is a contender for the Ro4 at least, and I want to see him at a foreign tournament for once.

But yeah, really no reason not to send Polt except if TSL is really hurting for cash. Every foreign tournament Polt has been sent to, he's at least brought back $1,000+. Looking at the tournament set-up, he at least should get into the top eight, covering for the flight and then some. I can see why sending him to MLG Dallas for the open bracket would be a tough choice, but Polt is a favorite to win the entire DH Winter.

I think we'll see him @ DH winter with a 95% chance, Polt just might have to pay for his flight if TSL can't, dunno if he has extra money lying around or not :p Either way he'll be at some foreign tournaments coming up, so that's good.

Sad to hear, but I hope that TSL is doing well and that this doesn' t mean anything more serious. ![]()

Only person who can tie him is Huk who still needs to face DRG, but if Huk can win his two last matches with a 2-0 score, he'll tie with Polt. Pretty sure the tiebreak would be head-to-head, which Polt has. So yeah, good job Polt. If Polt loses to MorroW and Ret, I will take sword swallowing lessons and proudly show it to the whole Internet.

MorroW is playing only hots since weeks, and Ret is having a hard time these days ( focusing on quiting smoking and stuff ) I really don't see Polt losing indeed.

Tough group, but he avoided having to face Zerg, so that's good. So he plays in two nights.

BTW, @Fionn many thanks for the 'tough group' prediction. Polt should have got at least 15% buff from that

Polt can make it though I see him favoured vs Finale and about 50/50 vs Taeja and if he plays like he did vs Rain then he can beat Parting.Polt fighting go get ro8 this season ![]()

Even if Polt does fall out of the group, there is one good side to it. At least it gives him time to attend foreign tournaments and prepare for them.
