Sad end to the tournament. Didn't play that well, but hard games to lose against the builds he did. Hopefully he can rebound during WCS America. Huk and Grubby played well.

Super frustrating, knowing he could have went far in the tournament but had several negative factors. As a full- time university student that has to go to class, do schoolwork, and fit in practice times, he only gets about 4 hours of sleep per night + the jetlag + had the farthest hotel from the venue = Just pure fatigue.

And yet, we still know him to be of a high caliber player despite not committing to progaming full-time. And I have so much respect for him for pursuing higher education, trying to improve his English to communicate better with his fans, and taking control of his life.

So Polt fighting! I believe!

Let's win WCS America!

Indeed, but his skill will inevitably suffer, and that probably means we will not see him always finish high/win like he used to, which is sad because he was so much fun to watch.

Looks like only three more days of class and then Polt is full on progamer again. Good news for WCS America.

Polt has really struggled to juggle multiple things in his schedules. I remember LSC2 was such a challenge for him because he said he was distracted. If Polt can focus on pro-gaming purely, he can be the championship quality player we all know and love. But despite the disappointing showing, I think Polt will dominate WCS NA to compensate for it.

I'll say it as a fan.. And I know I'll get a lot of hate for it.. Polt should focus on either progaming or studying. Doing both will do more harm. Polt will not be one of the best in his university classes, nor one of the best in SC2 tournaments.

As a fan, I said it.

I love this guy and his stream but I didn´t understand his reaction when he scouted the proxy oracle (twice). We all know its kills up to 6 marines easily so you need something else.

I heard he was ill too, although I have no way of confirming this. Demu spoke about it on his stream afterwards and said it would make sense if he was ill or tired or something because it really didn't look like Polt playing at all.
