congratz to stephano, he needed a win !
Really nice to see him take a title again. It could have been the same with another bo5; 5 - 5. So doesnt matter.
Normally you do it: If the person from the lower bracket wins the first bo5, you prolong it to a bo7 / bo9 :p But it doesnt matter now, gz to stephano on the victory :D

Yeah it's better there, because at first I got really confused when the vod ended in the middle of that antiga's game with no follow up. It took me some time to figure out that there actually was a power outage, and a remake.

not even close, sorry.

Interesting to note that Stephano has won ~ $41,000 since joining EG 2 and a half months ago! So much for a curse. Factor in that Stephano was unable to attend DH Bucharest or GD Studio Invitational last month due to his ban and his prize money accrual is impressively relentless.
To put some context, Idra has won ~ $53,000 since joining EG more than 2 years ago.
There are some more big tournaments coming up to round off 2012, so who knows exactly where Stephano will be in another 6 weeks of competing.

Add on the 16k in salary he's got, and suddenly Stephano is earning 28k $ /month..... That's an annual salary of 336k Oo. (Of course not all months will be that great for him.... Or will they?)

Now he can finally pay Maeh for his work..
|
^you have to bring that up..

I am starting to let my hopes get up a bit for Stephano to actually win WCS Finals or place top 4. I mean, he is just ON FIRE lately, despite "only" placing third at ESW, and there's not too many zergs that could beat him at ZvZ in WCS asia (the two korean zergs, Vortix, and Scarlett would have a good chance though). Still, super impressive work this weekend.
|
Scarlett and Vortix can't advance very deep in WCS final (at least i dont believe in that), and even if he meet them early, he's capable to win. I'm more worried about the korean zerg.
with a little bracket luck, and some good matches, he can win it.
