Well put. The level of animosity toward Stephano is pretty incredible. MC has a lot of fans but there seemed to be more people reveling in Stephano's loss than in MC's win in the battlegrounds forum. If Stephano loses he got "owned hard" or outplayed and if it's against a Korean (any Korean) and no matter the circumstances, it's taken as evidence that he has no chance in Code S. Obviously Stephano isn't the only player with haters but I'd say that he has the most at this point.

Jesus crist he didnt MC didnt do some fantastic and new amasing play. Stephano just didnt play well the last 2 games. It came down to Stephano´s mistakes and not MC´s godlyness.

I think the trick to beating MC is to not do the roach aggression except when you know your timing is ahead. Stephano's timings got messed up with the pylon blocks and he needs a fallback when that happens. Protoss has figured out how to beat three hatch roach aggression, but the build is still great for defending two-base all-ins. Zergs, Stephano included, have to figure out how to transition safely into hive play from there without devastating the Protoss with roach attacks. Drops are a solution.

Haha, that's a good point. Also When Huk was doing well at one of the recent MLG's every one was just shitting on him saying it was all luck and he was terrible, etc. These forums are full of ugly, hateful people, who are, I'd guess, simply projecting their insecurities (few friends, no gf, low self esteem, etc.) onto others.

I've become a bit of a Stephano fan in recent months, I really hoped he was going to win tonight but bad decisions (from frustration at it going 2-2 maybe?) seemed to cost him the match.... a shame, will still keep watching him though!
