MVP may have hurt himself by announcing he wouldn't 1-1-1. Even if he thinks it's dishonorable to use it, the threat of the 1-1-1 is still a valuable weapon to have. This none other Terran can match MVP doesnt really work out that well considering he lost to qxc, ganzi and Byun aswell (although in bo3 and bo1). If Ryung beats July it will be a very interesting TvT but i really hope MVP can get his third championship, he certainly deserves it and i think Ryung is the only player that is really dangerous atm..

Congrats to MVP. His tournament to lose now.

MVP has Carpatunnal syndrome (same as TLO) so his physical condition is also a threat I know he'll do as well as he can and that he's capable of taking the whole tournament. He is the game genie terran after all.

"Prohibitive favorite" is probably exaggerating quite a bit. MVP has not shown himself to be invincible in TvT. Also keep in mind that MVP still can use 1-1-1, even if he has said it is dishonorable.

Sure he's use to it but the pain remain. Hope that'll not come into play at the end. I think MVP has a great competitor spirit so i'm confident and full of support ^^

At least, he's the favorite in GSL rank POV

After Game 1 vs. Nestea, I am fully converted.
Also I found that his play style is the exact play style I like using when I offrace

I really wanted Nestea to do well just so there would be that one player that everyone considers the best, but at the same time I have a lot of respect for MVP, especially after his interviews at MLG and I will be very happy if he wins the whole thing. GL MVP!

So amazing to watch Mvp play with his macro terran style, it's a damm shame that Bomber is gone.. I really wanted Mvp to play him and crush face to stop any disputes regarding the best terran right now.
Rooting for him to be the next 3 time gsl champ!

Nestea and MVP are the two best players imo. MVP can beat Nestea, but Nestea is better against Zerg and Protoss than MVP. It's cool that they're both on the same team, so I'll cheer for MVP.

lol that doesn't mean he's not going to use 111, he thinks it's really strong but I'm sure he'll still use it -_-
He never said "dishonorable" or anything like that.

I would recommend that OP include another nickname for IMMVP which has made me, a Protoss player, a new fan: The Conscience Terran.
Also, please sign me up assuming you're still keeping up to date on such things

Just watched Mvp vs. NesTea. I avoided TL for an entire day so I could watch without spoilers. ^^
Amazing play from Mvp. As much as I love Wolf and think he's the best caster the GSL has, I couldn't help but be annoyed at him calling Mvp beating NesTea an upset. Mvp and NesTea were absolutely evenly matched. There was no favourite and there was no upset.
I don't know who Mvp plays next - HuK vs. NaDa is the next game I'm going to watch. Mvp should definitely beat whichever one it is, though.
