Added Nomzter RiZu Rucho I have updated GSL May. ![]() + Show Spoiler + Code A Round of 32: ![]() ![]() W Game 1 (Dual Sight) - ![]() ![]() Code A Round of 16: ![]() ![]() L Game 1 (Tal'Darim Altar LE) - ![]() ![]() ![]() Code A Round of 8: ![]() ![]() W Game 1 (Terminus SE) - ![]() ![]() Code A Semifinals: ![]() ![]() W Game 1 (Tal'Darim Altar LE) - ![]() ![]() ![]() W Game 4 (Terminus SE) - ![]() Code A Finals: ![]() ![]() W Game 1 (Crossfire SE) - ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() L Game 5 (Tal'Darim Altar LE) - ![]() ![]() Up & Down Match 1: ![]() ![]() W Game 1 (Xel'Naga Caverns) - ![]() ![]() Mvp does it again. Does this guy ever stop winning? (Hint: The answer is no.) Results from last night: + Show Spoiler + ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Mvp wins, 3-0, and advances to the Semifinals against YoDa! If you find the VODs, please notify me! ![]() By the way guys, Mvp has lost to teammates before - he lost to NesTea once in BlizzCon 2011, once to NesTea in WEM, once again in GSL Season 1 2012, and once to Happy in WCG Korea 2011. That's all I can remember for now. ![]() Well, the action continues at IEM Season VII World Championship Semifinals. The final day is tomorrow, Saturday, March 9, 2013 and features Mvp against his teammate, YoDa. ![]() TvT: 66.7% ![]() TvT: 66.7% Head to Head Record: 0-0 Well, this will be a very fun HotS TvT. YoDa is sick good, and Mvp has called YoDa a practice bonjwa - the best player on LG-IM apparently. YoDa is sick good and he's beginning to show his skill, topping his group. YoDa is sick good. But let's not kid ourselves. Mvp is destroying, and it doesn't look like Mvp will drop more than a game. Just like Mvp bullied Happy, LosirA, and NesTea, it seems unlikely that Mvp will lose to a teammate. Finally, we have to keep in mind that Mvp taught YoDa everything he knows. To be fair, YoDa can probably take a game with some surprising Widow Mine/Hellbat drop or early attack which catches Mvp off guard. Maybe. Prediction Mvp 3-1 YoDa

Here's the post I made in another thread: + Show Spoiler + MVP is probably the only real consistent top (as in like top 3 players for most of WoL's life) in WoL and that really deserves recognition (I mean, I hope he doesn't become like a forgotten champion of WoL). I hope he manages to get his 5th GSL win before his health gets to him. For whatever reason, it's hard to be at top in SC2 (as shown by the lack of any real consistent top 3 player, minus MVP himself). MVP manages to break the skill ceiling (and expand the *skill room) and rise above the limitations of SC2 to own it up. *I say BW's biggest strength over SC2 is the fact that are so many ways to win or be good at BW (in this case, instead of "skill ceiling" the "skill room" is bigger in BW, I don't know if that's the right term to use though). If you only knew how to micro mutalisks (as much as Artosis apparently disliked such players), you could still win and be good at the game. (Really, I miss dancing Wraith and Mutalisks. Fantasy's game against Flash in the last BW OSL was epic, when Fantasy busting out Wraith micro and making them move all over the place like interceptors except "manually controlled!".) But yeah, MVP is so good that he can overcome the limitations of SC2. I have to thank Artosis. He knows how to hype up players. His comment about MVP being one of the few players to show that Terran can still win almost brought a tear to my eye >.>. When Rain seemed unstoppable, MVP stopped him (of course he didn't manage to stop the also nearly unstoppable Life, but MVP was still really close in that 3-4 GSL finals). Artosis funny story about how even if MVP could only play with one hand (because he was walking with his hands in a minefield, to show to Nestea of course), he would still somehow be winning and owning it up. I hope MVP wrists are okay and I hope he manages to get that 5 time GSL trophy one day. Sad to see him lose ![]()
