We've seen MC play long games before(such as against Bomber in the Ygosu invitational) and while he's certainly an excellent player at all stages of the game, I think MC is just a step below the very very top players such as MVP in the late game. | ||

He lost game 2 because of lags (the game 2 would have certainly been won if he had a good latency to micro reaper&marine at the beginning / do a good kite with his m&m later in the game) and no-upgraded bioball against fully upgraded gateway units style. Plus he probably have not studied AdelScott and trained for this match, whereas AdelScott (who is a very very good EU protoss) has trained A LOT his PvT (and studied MVP's TvP) before the game. Training wise Adel deserves the win, but I don't think you have to worry about MVP cuz of this TSL match, wait for the next GSL to see how he does in code A. (I hope he'll do well cuz every terran are "slumping" :/). | ||

Sure he beat Tester in S1 of code S, but tester was trippin balls playwise, and MVP sure made some unconvincing wins despite that fact. He consistently lost to Protoss outside of code S the entire season. In the gainward he only played Z and T, not a single protoss. MC continuously made MVP his bitch (MC lost once in the GSTL, once) in various smaller tournaments. I really hope he does straighten out his TvP because thats the only thing stopping him from winning another championship (besides Code A). | ||
