Soulkey is way overhyped...Roro has a much better proleague record than him. The only T he beat in code S last season was maru, and he got stomped by innovation who I also think is pretty overhyped. If MKP picked him because he beat him in practice then I would believe him.

After Reality beat SymboL MKP looked at the games and said Reality wasn't good, like it was mid masters games.
Reality of course improved as of now, but he still is one of the core/2nd wave terran with the worst record in proleague. (too bad he has had easy opponents as of right now in proleague, he is on my anti T;T).

Point is, if MKP picked SoulKey I think we can trust him, and he has a decent shot at making it out of the group. He is not that bad in bo3 TvZ honestly, he has often found a way to grab victories in those multiple zergs GSL group, it really is the ro8 and beyond that will be the most worrying.

a real tough group...
the more unpredictable player is soulkey, he can play really well if he is on his game.

But squirtle and symbol will be equally tough

symbol is not on top of his game atm, and soulkey didn't make feel either, squirtle is a protoss. MKP will advance if he put in what he said on his last interview.

Mostly caused by his win rate against zergs, but he does better against them in GSL.

Lol this statistical model favorizes players who play very few games and beat good players, or players who play against a bunch of low ranked players (foreigners and stuff). Plus since the zergs are relatively very very strong (:DD) it basically favorizes every zerg.

I think MC and HerO were also favored with this statistical model in Iron Squid but he trashed them kinda easily and well, just a few words from MC saying that MKP is a TvP god are worth more than his vP rating, and it showed
