I don't understand why people dislike non-conventional interviews (awkward in your words). Would you rather have the standard pro interview asking the same inane questions as every other interview in the history of time? Because from my experience those are generally extremely rote and boring. And yes, I do realize that they did ask some of those in the interview. e.g Why did you pick Zerg.

I don't really care what they asked him, but the whole thing was insanely awkward and he looked pretty uncomfortable, they were both dumb as shit typical gamer girls trying really hard and it was pretty bad to listen to/watch. It wasn't about disliking non-conventional, they were just awful.

I was entertained and very rarely am I entertained by interviews from the starcraft community.

Destiny is extremely polite and well mannered in all the interviews, these kind of questions are just not suited for him

It had nothing to do with production quality, the 2 girls were just fucking retarded and annoying, being generic gamer girls and lol so random. The "official thread" even got locked by Kenniget because he said they were trying too hard. As for Lindsey Sporrer, she clearly knew nothing about Starcraft and admitted it outright, she wasn't stereotype annoying either and didn't try really hard to be funny, unlike those other 2. Not replying again, this is retarded and the wrong thread.

In short interviews you can ask questions like why do you play zerg or what are your future plans. In long interviews you need to understand your interviewee and how to make it interesting for people. I suppose you could call it "trolling" but in reality it's, "Hey, I disagree with your stance on language usage because you're devaluating those words so that they are losing power over time. You need to use them sparingly or else you risk them losing all power." Then you need to know when to move onto the next topic once that one becomes stale.
