I regret nothing Idra isn't necessarily a bad guy but he's nothing compared to Destiny imo for the community besides being the badass of the scene. Imagine if Idra did have a big enough impact on the community, people would be leaving games as soon as hellions and some army come onto creep. I used to be a huge fan of his but I got sick to my stomach of his attitude for the game, even Destiny seemed to care more and didn't just drop games left and right when push came to shove. There are tons of players that actually play their games out to the bitter end, and that's what makes this entertaining! It would be boring as all hell to see a player simply play when he has the advantage and otherwise drop the game at the first sign of being unprepared, he can at least try to come back from his early deficit like most great players do. Everyone was on edge early on thinking Idra would turn a new leaf and begin to do this like Huk does and Puma and so many others. It's what made it interesting to continue to watch because we had hope he would change, but after a certain point you come to realize there are a lot of more interesting and entertaining players. Idra is mostly entertaining because he's a badass and whines a lot, so the hypocrisy in your gripe is staggering. If you want to argue he has great skill, why isn't Sen or DRG getting more views than him? Destiny can be just as entertaining to a lot of people, as long as he gives it what he's got and the matches are interesting, then he's just as entertaining cause there's always someone better anyway. | ||

people say they like him for sc2 but some of the best moments were before he became all competitive (when he met bluetea, when he 2sed with cam, skype calls with randoms/mods of his chat) but i think thats a thing of the past now. | ||

I meant to say that there isn't much difference between the two in terms of quality contributions and not just gripe, but it reads as though Idra is way below Destiny in all regards and I didn't mean for it to be interpreted that way. I just meant that Destiny isn't someone in Idra's shadows because I never thought Idra did anything special for the community besides talk down on Starcraft 2 just the same when he was frustrated with his performance. He may have very valid gripes but I'll never forget how he left the game as soon as Puma stepped on creep. If most players did this..what sort of entertainment would this game really present? | ||

Anyways I'll watch him play whatever - or troll random people online - but LoL games are pretty long and so I doubt I'll watch him as much as I did in the sc2 heyday. | ||

play it now before its balanced abuse some crap, show some interesting games it's not like you can't do it, spent a lot of time watching your stream before the infestor nerf like 2 years ago. Read your whole reddit thread and man to me it seems like you miss being 17 years old and doing dumb shit and getting away with it more than you actually miss brood war as a game. I'm pretty sure you understand that you don't need a game client to idle in some #HateNiggaFagGoT chat full of dumb as kids as you are skipping school. and if you want to prank call people you can just random pick numbers out of your phone book  I completely understand being very emotional and passionate in expressing your honest opinion, but man you are no longer sitting in a chat room with your C+ iccup buddies. I'm not trying to say that you should be a fucking Day9 type all positive fairy but fuck look at yourself from third person perspective sometimes.I'm also sure that as far as your performance goes all this drama that your are bringing on yourself is not doing it any good, I mean you said it yourself you hardly play sc2 while MoW house..you could probably have achieve equal or better level play with a part time or a full time job but NO drama man go zen for a change Hope you stay in this community as Stracraft 2 player / figure, gl | ||
