The owner of iNcontroL's fan club hasn't posted since 2013. If you would like to take over as the new owner, then PM me. We need this fan club updated so that we can properly pay tribute to Geoff and all that he has accomplished. -Seeker

yeah i guess when a player beats someone who is considered better than him, no one should care, because that stuff happens sometimes

your world must be quite boring

I don't know if you are oblivious as to who he beat, in which case one possibly could forgive you for such a retarded comment, but sleep (ex slayers and IM) went on to beat white-ra and bling 2-0 in the very same matchup. It's a pretty fucking big win for ANY foreign protoss.

And? Haypros beaten Nestea and taken a game off MVP, Idras lost macro games to cruncher and desrow...shit happens and its sc2....good players can lose to bad players all the time, especially when you successfully hide cannons at a zergs 3rd.

gratz to incontrol but the fact that winning 2 games is such a huge deal to this fanclub reflects on how awful his results have been recently and how low standards have gotten. this is the same guy thats playing been playing 8hours a day in a dedicated team house for months, and was talking about winning major tourneys this time last year. getting wrecked in tourneys, losing showmatches to cytoplasm and destiny who was playing more LoL than sc2 at the time and then getting one 2-0 shouldnt be met with this much fanfare. its kinda sad seeing how low his fans standards have gotten.

Don't know why either of you feel you have to add all this crap. The reason he has fans is because he is a great guy, his play HAS improved since last year. His fans WILL celebrate his wins because his fans WANT him to do well. Its that simple. As a fan I am proud and happy to see improved play and results from Incontrol. I for one don't care what you think my expectations as a fan should be, its sad seeing you being so negative towards someone with such passion for and dedication to the game. wp geoff

Honest discussion. Telling a player he should retire because his fanclub got happy when he beat what most would consider a superior player. That's all you said. Take your "honest discussion" elsewhere, it adds nothing to this forum.

gratz to incontrol but the fact that winning 2 games is such a huge deal to this fanclub reflects on how awful his results have been recently and how low standards have gotten. this is the same guy thats playing been playing 8hours a day in a dedicated team house for months, and was talking about winning major tourneys this time last year. getting wrecked in tourneys, losing showmatches to cytoplasm and destiny who was playing more LoL than sc2 at the time and then getting one 2-0 shouldnt be met with this much fanfare. its kinda sad seeing how low his fans standards have gotten.

I for one don't care what you think my expectations as a fan should be, its sad seeing you being so negative towards someone with such passion for and dedication to the game. wp geoff

im sorry i didnt realize fanclubs were only for unwavering praise and support. Honest discussion on players shouldnt be allowed right?

Honest discussion. Telling a player he should retire because his fanclub got happy when he beat what most would consider a superior player. That's all you said. Take your "honest discussion" elsewhere, it adds nothing to this forum.

thats not what i said at all but ok lets make strawmen fallacies, those add a lot to this forum lol.

yeah i guess when a player beats someone who is considered better than him, no one should care, because that stuff happens sometimes

I think incontrol should consider retiring and having a career as a personality / caster/ Hes a great guy and hilarious but sadly doesnt seem to cut it as a player. you know you've done poorly when you win 1 series in a tourney, on the back of cannon shenanigans, and have your fanclub explode with "CONGRATZ". I love u incontrol, ur a great guy with a lot of passion but ur career is embarrassing (altho granted, not as embarrassing as it was a month or 2 ago) considering the amount of time u spend practising and the financial backing u have.

still, <3 incontrol as a community figure and caster. always hilarious on sotg

I love it that incontrol is casting for nasl again, he and Gretorp have just such great synergy. (And thats on top of Geoff already beeing a really good caster by himself)

... am i evil because i enjoy his casting a lot more than his playing? :/

Hope that little bit of info you dropped during the NASTL about casting in Korea works out. Youre by far my favourite SC2 caster.
