I'm sure many people already realize this, but it's a parody of the ancient tradition in China/Japan (not sure about Korea), where dojos would challenge each other. The most disrespectful act (BM) one can do is to smash the plaque/sign of the losing side's dojo after winning the challenge.
I'm sure many Kung-fu flicks have depicted variations of such behavior.

I'll include the original pencil as well, I'm not very good with photoshop (I don't even have a scanner that is a camera phone image) if anybody wants to fix the coloring or just play with the idea because I think it is so fitting.

If by ridiculous you mean awesome, and by silly you mean awesome, then I agree.
Professional SC2 when MC is a lot like an opera. It's very exaggerated to the degree that it becomes immensely entertaining.

From what I've heard the coach of fOu had a bet that if MC could all kill his team that he would shave his head. It showed a highlight video of him beating SC and Leenock then breaking the sign etc. There was also a "to be continued" at the end so I'm guessing at the finals they will play the rest?

i agree that MC's chances of winning TSL are good.. lot of the other korean pros might be focusing more on GSL while he, being such a foreigner focused pro, will prolly try his best to try and shine in TSL.. gl everyone else to try and stop him :p
