EG is more powerful in e-sport world than TL, they have been operate in e-sport for years before TL. Thats sad but true and they have more money than TL. I mean TL is sponsor by TLAF, I don't know how much TLAF makes a year but they are not making much by selling a small program to extract music from ipod. With thats sad, EG could still give Huk the practice he wants in Korea plus more salary and travelling money. Or maybe Huk wants to be back to NA and EG could fit him well with their house in AZ.
TL got a powerful lineup and is one of if not the most successful team in SC2 but they are falling behind if they can't find a big company to be their main sponsor soon.

For all their money and "power", EG is actually quite unsuccessful as an organization.
They have a history of buying their way to the top and staying there short-term and then trying to repeat the same thing again.
They're basically a leech on any e-sport scene they've been a part of.
I don't see an objective reason why any player with long term ambition who actually believes in his talent and potential would get involved with them.

^^ This exactly. He has top protosses (MC, Inca), top zergs (Zenio, cezanne), and top terrans (Nada, ensnare). He has stated he loves living in Korea, so what would his ideas be??

you basically just repeated what I said but on the other side of the argument lol. I realize EG have more money, I'm just saying leaving the oGs house is a bad career choice (He won't get nearly as far in Code S if he doesn't have that stacked practice partner line up) Training on his own in Korea would just be stupid. Coming home, I think again would be bad move... the EG house only has Idra if he wants to practice with some one his skill level.
Yes his Salary would be higher, but no more money from Code S kind of balances that out easily. TL still has enough money to fly him around to dream hack MLG's etc. so I don't see a problem there. So in short it would be about the same money maybe a bit more with shit tier practice partners compared to what he has now.....

He's not leaving liquid. He can't be. He wouldn't do that to me.

This, oh this.
Also if you join EG you can pwn Idra as your regular day basis, which is cool.

NOOOO huk! don't leave

There's no real evidence at all that Huk is going to EG. It's being blown out of proportion

I really hope you stay with Liquid and that this is all idle speculation that the community blew out of proportion!

IF (IF... IF)

I agree 100% with this. However, there could be one side that affects every pro gamer. Is the money there? If HuK is in need of money, then a move to EG will be 100% better for him. However, career wise, that would be an insanely stupid move, because of the lack of decent training partners. Don't get me wrong IdrA, and Puma are very good. But that's all he has. Incontrol? Demuslim? Machine? They're good and all, but compared to MC, Hero, Supernova, that's just a horrendous choice. For the best of HuK, I wish he stays in TL.

Oh HuK, don't break my heart and leave TL
|
Even Ret said that while he loves being on TL, he would switch teams if he got offered a substantial better contract by another team. This is part of being a proffessional gamer and fans should understand that.
That said i don't really believe Huk will switch to EG. I think EGs bis announcement will be more Korean Pros as practice partners for Puma, maybe even a sort of Team House in Korea (in addition to the one in arizona).

haha look at all the idiots saying HuK is leaving TL....lol....Yes, he is gonna give up having top tier practice partners of every race and give up most respect to a lot of players...
dumb ppl talking about dumb things that'll never happen...and he was one of, if not the first, to use the new overlay in his stream.

hahahaha, all these people... he should go train in the EG house right? he sits next to MC when training and absolutely loves living in korea... but of course he should go get the best training in the world from InControl and Axslav.
