Is his training regimen not rigorous enough? He recently moved into the EG training house, where he has to train for 2 sessions a day, each on 4 hours, so his results will surely start going back up soon. The week before Anaheim, the whole team EG was on the move, and didnt get much good practice. The ''bad'' results in the IPL are barely valid, as they are 2 month old games. He left for the NA Bnet invitational today I think, and after that it is all tournaments and travelling :/ Going to be a busy month lol. And he is human. No one can continually place in top 8 with 3 practice hours a day for a whole year lol, not even Idra

He won 2 games against TanDongHo. That's pretty good after what must have felt disappointing in IPL after being 2 games up. Unfortunately I fell asleep after his two wins vs Mana, so I feel somewhat responsible.

I think Tan lost to Psy on Psy's stream not too long ago

First round of EGMC was played several weeks ago, according to iNc comment, but from now every games gonna be played around week before broadcast.
As for IPL, Im kinda sad but oh well. IdrA will need to win 5 bo5 to secure first place I think. Will be hard but not impossible.
Good luck @ blizz inv. Hopefully DDE not gonna prepare some kind of allin-ish strats ;p

Idra has to win 5 bo5's? Wow lol, thats a lot more then I thought but he can do it if he brought his A game.

Isn't it four? Nerchio, then the winner of Strelok vs Thorzain, then the loser of White-Ra vs Mana, and then the grand final?
For the record, Nerchio 3-0-ed Ret in the previous round.

Ret doesn't have that impressive ZvZ though

For the record, Nerchio 3-0-ed Ret in the previous round. And IdrA has never dropped a set against ret. I am confident in his abilities.

What I meant to say is that Tan doesnt really seem to have a good ZvZ, and that he lost to Psy, who's not really the best player out there, and who also has a pretty mediocre ZvZ.... Still love Psy though <3

Yeah you can tell how old the IPL games are considering the Blue Flame upgrade on Terrans is still Orange ^_^
So he would of been playing those games whilst he was away @ his gf's or something? So cant really expect him to place high without practice. However i think he will still win IPL 2 or atleast get second i think.
Also, even though he is on his travels now going to Blizz Invitational, MLG and Cologne IEM tournaments i think he still will be in good shape even though he is on the road. Tournament practice is still pretty strong practice.
IDRA FIGHTING!!

Not to spoil anything, but recently Idra said in a game from IGN Pro league "Fuck you" to his opponent.
it's one thing to insult the game as he does usually, but i feel it's not ok to insult a person. And this goes beyond the normal "im better, you noob" talk
Im curious if the other player reports to Blizzard and the Idra Bnet Account gets banned... not exactly sure what Blizzards policy is here
i thought Idra has his temper under control by now, after leaving early vs MMA at MLG

lol, if CombatEX still has his account, i'm sure IdrA's going to keep his.
WAY worse shit than "fuck you" is said every day on ladder, I'll swallow a sword if Blizzard bans the best zerg in North America just because of that. =P
