Artosis' strategy would have worked out fine if IdrA hadn't poorly executed it. He kept letting the seers contaminate both hatches even when he had hydras out and he kept letting Zenio go up the ramp when the whole point of the strategy is to block the ramp.

Artosis' strategy would have worked out fine if IdrA hadn't poorly executed it. He kept letting the seers contaminate both hatches even when he had hydras out and he kept letting Zenio go up the ramp when the whole point of the strategy is to block the ramp. In my view; even if IdrA executed Artosis' strat and Zenio would still come out ahead because the lava advantage. you got to understand there is 3 overseers hovering at his base and if the hydras stand still at main base it will only focus fired down just one overseers not to mention the three overseers were taking turns for the two bases, before the seers gets killed then Zenio just fly over another one lol remember at the mist of all this, IdrA needs to worry about if he have enarf units at his own ramp. so therefore either way, IdrA's lava would still be a problem because the strat did not factored in this Lava problem, don't forget, all Zenio need is just 1 or 2 rounds of contaminates and Zenio would be at a lead, the counter to this is NOT Hydras nor spores but to do the same thing to the your enemy, IdrA knows it on the spot but he didn't managed to execute it and the response to the situation was too late anyways. so back to my point, Spunky's strat countered Artosis' outright. and IdrA as a talented hard working progamer deserves a better SC2 Team ! narf said! /peaceout

I thought so too.... until Artosis said he was helping. I really think IdrA asked some people on twitter for help, any of the English zerg players he knew.

Sad IdrA lost, but excited knowing this matchup will surely be the next thing he'll be perfecting now he's got that whole ZvT thing down. Looking forward to Dallas, IdrA fighting!

Maybe it was just a ZvZ weakness, if so i hope he can make it more solid in the future. His work ethic and will to overcome every other players i belive are his main strengts, he just needs even more training and focus on ZvZ for a bit. Hoping for a R8 in GSL3. And that interview is pretty badass by Zenio.

I think Greg has the potential to take out the GSL title but in my view this will not happen if: IdrA stays in EG- I think this is one of the most disadvantage thing for him as he needs the support from higher caliber teams like oGs/TL, in his lost last games (GSL1 and 2), the only thing he lost to was the strats and nothing else, where Zenio (and Loze) has the whole oGs (Prime) helping him but where as IdrA has to turn to tweeter for help ffs, and this make me sad. im sorry to put down EG but tbh, what else are you providing to IdrA that is supportive and effective? if you can't come up with an answer than don't you think is a waste of time(his) and perhaps money(yours)...? The perceived reflection of IdrA in the Korean community change- There seems to be a general negative reflection of Greg Field within the progaming community within Korea, that is cause of the language(communication) barrier of each of the foreigners, in fact, every progamer has(and should) its own attitude and thats what makes it fun and interesting and IdrA is just one of them. This is where oGs/TL can help tremendously in all of the short comings above. Anyways Greg im your biggest fan and the reason i Zergs <3 ~! Best of Luck! You seem to be ill-informed, EG plan to establish a gaming house in Korea soon, which is exactly what Idra needs. And the Twitter thing was a joke, Idra and Artosis are good friends and discuss strategies together all the time anyway. Anyway, it's a pity that Idra decided to forfeit for Global Gamers Invitational, it would have been awesome to see him against White-Ra for the final.

Maybe Idra does/doesn't deserve it. But Zenio only shamed himself in the booth with that, not Idra.
