The only thing to do is to trust him. actually i believe that he's choosing tournaments now (ie being picky about them) and having online tournaments might mean playing in shit conditions with lag perhaps so i think he's really aiming at only the biggest LANs not in his head or anything but that's my 2 cents on the matter

Online means shit. its the history behind the TSL its the fact that its put on by the biggest community leader in western starcraft its the fact that players have literally built their legacy on this tournament all you have to do think for a second, what is Thorzain most known for? winning TSL3 or Dreamhack? Nony? TSL2 or going to korea and living in Estro? Mondragon? the infamous Idra CC cancel? i rest my case. the fact that you would compare it to the NASL is just insulting....

Cronyism != prestige. So you're right, comparing TSL to NASL is insulting, to NASL.

Edit: and how is winning 2 NASL's not bigger than 1 TSL?

And i don't think that it will be better now, unless Blizzard does something about it. Edit: and how is winning 2 NASL's not bigger than 1 TSL? you should really go read the rules on how the handled the cross server play. because everyone else who actually knew them thinks its the best way to handle playing cross server with a little lag as possible. the koreans complained about it because they werent used to playing cross server for anything for the most part up to that point bc nearly every major tournament they played were all in korea. the fact that NASL comes around every 3 monthes while TSL comes around every year. or maybe the fact that TSL3 had nearly all the best starcraft players (foreign and korean) of the time in one tournament. Ive yet to see MVP or Nestea in an NASL or nearly any koreans not on a foreign team, they were in TSL3. the NASL player pool is not even remotely comparable.
