Since I am the mighty screen-capper of that image I know when and what they were discussing! It was about DRG and mutas indeed, but in a negative context. He talked about a late muta-switch DRG made which didn't make any sense.

The picture was about Nestea making the shitty decision to get muta tech against terran when he should know to go infestor by know, Nestea wound up losing the game and that was IdrA's face when he saw him make the spire.
