Why? because west doesn't have the team infrastructure or the work ethics. Basically if you want to win against koreans you need to train in the same environment ie (Korean server, Korean team mates, Korean practice partners.I really wish he goes back to korea ASAP, can you believe he was the highest ranked zerg in the korean ladder in beta1 and behind coolfou(fruitdealer) in beta2 ... How much has changed since then I think it's because Korea has a more condensed population that play SC2 and its popular within the major cities. If you have that kind of attention, theory crafting is easier and you can practice your theories competitively. In the US, everyone is spaced out. It's not fair to blame western work ethic... They probably practice very hard but not the cutting edge strats coming out of Korea that we see or any novelty avant garde play... | ||
