I'm not sure but I think their websites promote voting on polls a lot more than SNSD site I've seen. It's that or they have a few people run voting scripts a lot. On another note, I will never forget that Wonder Girls OSL performance. I watched them for the first time since Sea was a fan of them. My ears bled that day T_T. Say what you want, but the SNSD PL performance was worlds better than the Wonder Girls OSL performance.

Be sure to note the pink cane dance at the end. How awesome is that? Rain's live performances are good. I'm amazed at how well he could dance.

I tihnk Ye Eun and Sun Ye can sing pretty well. Navi has a great voice... too bad she isn't that famous, well she is famous, but not to the extent of people like Rain, Big Bang, The Wonder Girls, etc.

I actually like 2NE1, not sure why they get so much hate on these forums. Their music isn't the typical cutesy cutesy girl group kpop, and their live performances show that they've got some talent (their cover of Rihanna's "Take A Bow" was an eye-opener, particularly as to their english). They're not the best looking group, but I also don't think that some of the other girls who I've seen labeled as attractive are much better, i.e. members of Kara, Jessica from SNSD, etc. "Fire" was a very atypical song for an Asian girl group, and I thought it was pretty catchy with a nice beat you can dance to. The girls pulled off the more urban, edgy look rather well, which was refreshing from the other girl groups like Kara who try to act like kids. "I Don't Care" has grown on me, the video actually made me like the song more. "In The Club" was actually the song that appealed to me initially, although I admit I was expecting an upbeat song with that title.

We don't want it mucking up our narrow and ignorant world where regurgitated and unclever beats mixed with terrible simplistic lyrics sung by hordes of plastic girls is the preferred music. 2. Must be socially inept and critically awkward on the forums. We prefer explosions of lame facial gestures and terrible choreographed group dancing.. being social or sharing space with people that isn't internet based does not interest us. 3. I like shiny things. 4. post image macros and random videos of kpop with limited descriptions and shallow discussion. 5. This is critical: Must be able to withstand tremendous criticism. We are strange, low people with base interests. If we are found (god help us) we will be mocked. That being said here is a video I like: Notice the amazing choreography, they kick AND sing while wearing heels.. fucking amazing. Also the outfits are adorable. Makes me wish they were younger. Discuss! The way these girls walk in their heels is like fingernails on a chalkboard to me. ![]()

But I think the best performance I saw at a final was the GOM MSL one where Mind and Bisu played. Brown Eyed Girls sang really good and they weren't as popular as they are now. I love Navi too, here's her most recent one: And my favorite youtube vid ever

Actually it's a good way to sort out who's Korean-American (Canadian, European, Australian) and who's a real Korean-Korean here. Grocery store in heels? Yup, you're Korean. Out on the street in plain ole' flip flops? Yup, gyopo.

Although they're not that good looking compared to other girl groups, but at least they have more talent. Each member have their own specialty when it comes to performing. Their goal wasn't to be the female version of Big Bang at first, but after awhile they started to become that, since you can tell by their songs and their looks. It's way better than seeing typical girl groups getting paid to act all cute and shit in order to get more fans, which sadly, works because there are so many die hard teeny boppers.
