They were talking about Irene being an Ulzzang in Daegu during her younger years (prob high school). The second I saw Irene and Wendy they were immediately in to top-tier no second glances needed. But I will score Irene a point higher than Wendy.
About GsD tiers. For me Minah and Yura is on top then Sojin,, then Hyeri lol-tier xD
and the other 3 members of Red Velvet were never considered ulzzang correct? so if Irene is the only member in the group who people called ulzzang and people went on traveling tour to see her face...

well I don't know about the others. Wendy looks like Irene but if she grew up in Canada then probably not
