That's how forgettable the new Sistar was
Btw check out the whole After School album. I just did and all the songs are good. If you think First Love is a bit slow then either Time's Up or Love Beat should satisfy you, they are both more upbeat. Sick comeback!
After School's comeback is excellent. I didn't like the MV of "First Love" but it's no big deal since I don't pay attention to MVs anyway. The audio of the song itself is very good, and all the other tracks of the mini album will make it directly to my playlist except for the last one.
The only "meh" point is that last song. As a "fan" of After School, I can tell they include at least something like a ballad or slow-paced song in all their releases, a song dedicated to the '"true fans" that love After School for their album "Virgin" which had very good slow-paced songs relying heavily on pure voice. But lately these kind of songs from After School can't reach the level of the slow-paced songs from Virgin. Just like 손목시계 "Wristwatch" was under average, 화장을 하다 울었어 "I cried while making myself up" was by far the worst song of the mini-album.
To maximize that area you do simple sit ups on an incline bench and squats. LOTS of squats.
And you see how she was holding her back after the "squats" he was having her due? That should NOT be happening. Stance to wide and feet too far apart. She was rocking back and forth and the bar was all over the place. Sure...go ahead and injure the poor woman!
Meh I love Crayon Pop a ton but that MV... I'm not sure what the idea is here... Seeing the members is always nice but it's not like Im gonna watch it again and that's a fail imo.
Edit: Is this even the real MV? The youtube description says This video is about 빠빠빠 MV. Is this how they prepared for the MV or something? I got no idea lol
It looks like it's how they got the idea for the MV costumes and random stuff they were doing prior to the MV, maybe? Like the drawing made and then going to buy the helmets, which seem to have been used in all the live performances so far. I would guess there's going to be an actual MV in which they wear the helmets for a substantial amount of time.
Well, their comeback was moved to next week(20th), so I'm guessing there'd be another one coming up after that and that one ^ was just a teaser or part 1 of it. I think they shot something in Japan with the gold tracksuits but I'm not really sure so whatevs. And they haven't even shown them with dem helmets on yet! + Show Spoiler +
I DO hope there would be more. I'm really underwhelmed by the MV, but at least the song itself is already good enough.
crayon pop song is awesome and the mv is okay, i am one who doesnt really care much bout mv anyway so song it good quality without handycam youtube stuff etc is good so ya
that after school song is just shit thou, its not even worth the space on the hdd, eyoung is pretty hot thou lol
. Togeworl is just frothing up an incredibly brutal, articles of lower-extremity clothing melting-ly, effective mixture of talent and sex appeal. My body is not ready for sexually-charged, alternative rock in 1080 ts/tp format.
I really like the new After School, best one from them yet. Also the live perf was nice. And yes it is a bit like Gone not around any longer, but that is probably why i like it, because i just noticed i only have added 3 songs to my kpop playlist from 2013: Gone not around any longer - Sistar, First love - AS, and GsD - expectation (artists like younha, verbal jint etc not counted). Not sure if i missed a lot/getting bored with (girl group) kpop or it is just a shitty year so far.
And never heard about lim kim, but looks and sounds really good
Sometimes I wonder whether or not the Chrome Ent. guys are randomly shooting arrows at ideas, cause the MV seemed like a mixture of painful acting, dreadfully bad storyline (if you can call it that and of course, a lot of eating. Of course, the Crayon Pop factor totally makes up for all of this, I was entertained
I don't know how he did this one so fast, but I really like it, gives a nice little spin to it, and everyone who thinks the original was a little bit slow, might want to check this one out, really good stuff: + Show Spoiler +
You call that okay? wtf... they butchered Nana with that look (wtf is on her head, and she looks so white and scary lol), and double ponytails is a fking big no-no in a song about the deep feelings of regret towards a first love that is now long gone, better get a clown on stage to recite the financial section of a newspaper.
EDIT: Btw, 2:29, if you listen well, you hear one of the girls make a sexy sound
It's ok to think that the new After School sounds like Gone Not Around Any Longer, Brave Bros work is so recognizable. All his slow songs sounds similar imo. Alone, 이사람 from Dazzling Red (back in the 2012 Gayo Daejun days) also comes to mind when I listen to First Love. That's not a bad thing to me since I enjoyed all these songs.
