I found the lack of proper GHS labeling to be quite disturbing.

Looks like it's just this one song. As for ballads in general I think 2013 was quite good so far with Davichi, Younha, Baek Ji Young, Taru, T-ara (Jiyeon's solo single! ), Nell, Juniel, Lee Soo Young...
