I guess you need to have a pixiv account to be able to see the tag, just gonna post instruction on how to get one here.
At the pixiv main page you should see a form with a massive orange button. That's to register. From top to down, what it asks for is pixiv id (your user id), nickname, email, password, password again, sex (top male, bot female), then date of birth. From them on you can log in from the top right corner, name/pass, top clickbox is to login automatically.

One of the things that sucks about seeing pics from pixiv posted on some other image board is the fact that you won't get the fan tags like from pixiv, those have a tendency to be completely epic. I'll poke Southlight later to see if we can find some hilarious tags.
