How about "Hourou Musuko - Wandering Son", I didn't watch it but I think it will make your friend disgusted, because it is about a guy that want to be a girl because he's transsexual. (*I have nothing against homosexual or transsexual, it just an anime that your friend will not expect to watch. Thanks to TimeOut to correct me) Anyone has watched this? | ||

Also you got the premise wrong (it's not homosexual but transsexual). I don't see anything wrong with it at all, and it is in no way a show that is comparable to the stuff that people already recommended. | ||
