Suwa is amazing. + Show Spoiler +I realize that he's mostly acting against his love for Naho due to the letter and wanting to avoid the regret he had in the future but regardless, his performance is quite commendable. He's always the one pushing them together, saying the right things at the right time etc...This last episode, he really excelled especially at the end.
You know though, I kinda wish I got to see the actual thing go down without knowing about it. As it stands, they are trying to correct any mistakes and help Kakeru stay alive but knowing what the possible end result is, it takes a bit away from the show. I think seeing Kakeru struggle through Orange like what originally had and eventually pass away would've been a lot more gut wrenching than just hearing about it from his future friends after the fact.

So? That still leaves 4 episodes to do another arc? Everyone I know that reads the manga says that's more than enough time and the OP supposedly shows characters wearing their outfits for the next arc.

Then again, I haven't played the Zestiria game, which is said to suck. But afaik the anime adaption was doing some things differently anyway.

I'm not tooooo worried about the 5 episodes left thing in ReZero just yet. 5 Episodes is half of a season for some godly animes like Konosuba after all, so you should be able to get some shit done in 5 episodes

Did this Konosuba thing even have a real story? It's also not really the sole fact that there are only 5 episodes left. It's more like the pace they have been going at recently. Either it won't be enough time if they continue at that pace or it might seem rushed if they change the pace.

I just hope the Arc will get finished. There definitely will be some kind of cliffhangers imo, as the story is long and anything else would likely mean an alternate ending and I prefer it following the VN/WN so we have a chance for sequels.
KonoSuba has a story btw, it feels like a episodical fantasy comedy at times but it's not.

the konosuba comment was more of a joke than anything else as I wouldn't exactly use it as a prime example for having a story despite having one 
But like I said, 5 episodes is still a lot of time to get something done. A cliffhanger is incredibly likely no matter the outcome of the arc (haven't read it at all, so take that as a guess) since there's more to it and it's doing really well. Aka even more people will buy the books after the anime is finished teasing everyone with a cliffhanger despit not following up on it. But I'd expect it to be more of a NGNL cliffhanger where the arc itself gets decently finished and they just throw something in for the lulz from the next arc at the end because again... 5 episodes is almost half a season. That should be doable, right?

I really don't think the Zestiria game sucked at all, as a game or an anime so far. Maybe it's worse compared to other Tales games, but it was pretty good imo. A lot of people complained about 2 things in particular.
One's a spoiler and the other is the battle camera. The spoiler complaint is a really stupid one imo. The camera which wasn't ideal but I thought it added to the intensity of the battles and I just rolled with it. I literally did not notice all the reasons people were complaining about it as I played through it.
If you play through on hard all game through by some point early you can upgrade the difficult to Intense. If you do that and keep playing it will go to Chaos. Intense was already pretty grindy and chaos is clearly moreso. ;p
This for the most part makes a lot of fights challenging / very worth it. It's a game that's legit fun to play and the battles were great all the way through. I just didn't get bored of it despite having to grind and grind on the first playthrough.
The criticism I most believe after playing it I guess is, "it's shit compared to other Tales games but it's a fine standalone game." I'm just of the opinion it wasn't shit at all. I had just gotten done playing through multiple RPG's.. went online to say, "man shit I really enjoyed Zestiria. Recommend" Go online, see, "IT FUCKING SUCKED" and then just backed away. ;p

I'm still not sure why I'm watching this. The CGI is not too bad, good/great at times but noticeable at others. Still, what kind of an anime just changes so randomly? I don't think I've seen such blatant advertising before lol

Exactly my feeling on the Berseria stuff... Also nice you enjoyed it Testie! I'm excited for the story thing that people hated (if the anime makes it that far?).  I enjoyed the slower pace of the first 4 episodes tbh, the landscapes were beautiful. And just when that was about to change they advertised Tales of Berseria with 2 episodes... :x

The landscape was mostly horrible though with some rare exception in the temple for example. Lots of quality cgi backrounds done by an intern most of the time... They didn't even bother with textures...

They should have gone with the other game they animated in ep5+6 for the whole anime. It's way more badass, the characters aren't as lame. The only thing Zestiria has going for it is the setting and the sense of exploration.

I haven't gotten around to playing Zestiria myself, but this is similar to the sentiment of some of my friends who have played the game. Poor camera, but otherwise they liked it. And I have the general idea of what the spoiler complaint is, and it is indeed pretty stupid. Fans of a certain seiyuu voicing a character in the game getting bent out of shape over it. The outcry was so big that the anime might change it just to appease them!
Its hard for me to take Tales fans who hate Zestiria seriously. Its not like Tales have some real high quality bar set. Xillia and Xillia 2 weren't exactly great games either.
And the landscape CGI in the first few episodes was terrible. Especially in the first episode. Made me want to puke.

+ Show Spoiler +The entire hospital stuff was just really funny. Usually with these kind of things you just giggle along but hifumin faces and breathing had me actually laughing. As well as the measurements of the waist. And I don't even like the blond girl, as you might guess from me not even knowing her name (I'm not talking about Kou, who also is blond and happens to be amazing as well)
All in all good episode for me. Not like it's anything special or new really but genuinly smirking like an idiot for 20 minutes straight and enjoying this. The slightly yuri doesn't really hurt either

Mob Psycho... I'm starting to understand how those people that watched OPM although it wasn't their humour must have felt. More than half of the show's humour is build on schadenfreude, jokes at the cost of others and making others look bad. I dislike this kind of humour so much, damn.
